Armstrong Commercial Laundry Systems has appointed Vicki Cope as manager of the company's parts department.
In this role, Cope will lead a team of five sales, distribution and inventory controllers and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and that orders are processed in the shortest possible time.
She joins Armstrong with 16 years experience as a branch manager with Technal, an architectural aluminium glazing company.
