Livio Bassan, CEO of Christeyns Italy, was elected as the new president of Expo Detergo at a meeting held in Milan on 7 September.
Elections were held because the mandates of the president and outgoing board members had expired. The meeting expressed its satisfaction with the achievements of outgoing president Luciano Miotto, demonstrated by the success of the 2014 edition of Expo Detergo International show.
Joining Bassan on the board of directors are Giuseppe Conti, Paolo Fumagalli, Marco Mallegni, Luciano Miotto, Maurizio Paleari, Gabrio Renzacci, Alessandro Rolli, Giovanni Salvati, Marco Sancassani and Giancarlo Vezzoli.
The board approved special assignments for Giuseppe Conti, the owner of A13, who will be involved with Detergo magazine, while Alessandro Rolli, general manager of Kannegiesser Italia, will be involved in the promotion and activities of Expo Detergo International. The next show is scheduled for October 2018.
