The international detergent group Christeyns strengthens its position in the Scandinavian market with the acquisition of the laundry activities of two local players, Lilleborg and Novadan.
Lilleborg is part of the Norwegian Orkla-group. Within its laundry business, the company sells chemicals, dosing equipment and other products to professional laundries all over Norway.

The complete Lilleborg Professional Laundry Team will stay on board after the change of ownership.
At the same time, Christeyns also took over the laundry clientele of Novadan, a Danish supplier of high quality cleaning and hygiene solutions.

Both the Lilleborg and Novadan take-over deals are expected to be completed in the early autumn of 2017.
Together with last year’s acquisition of Vic Kemi in Sweden, this further consolidates Christeyns’ position and shows its commitment to invest in the Scandinavian market.
