Continental Girbau and its Florida distributors, Laundry Pro of Florida, in Lakeland and The Laundry Shop, in Pembroke Pines, have initiated disaster assistance for Hurricane Irma business victims. This includes special commercial laundry equipment financing and rental programs, as well as quick equipment and parts replacement.

Continental’s Hurricane Irma relief initiative mirrors that of its Hurricane Harvey program, according to Continental president Mike Floyd. It encompasses special financing on all Continental, LG, Econ-O and Girbau Industrial branded vended and on-premise laundry equipment. Additionally, it helps assure a quick turnaround on parts and equipment replacement.

“Surplus commercial laundry equipment and parts are being warehoused throughout Florida to keep pace with the replacement demand caused by Irma,” said Floyd. Laundry Pro of Florida and The Laundry Shop are responding to questions and working to quickly prepare equipment replacement quotes, assist customers and insurers, and perform installations.
