Czech dyeing machines are "ideal or launderers"

5 December 2001

Advanced data generation and transmission capabilities are features of new textile dyeing machines that have been jointly developed by NC Line, Czech Republic, and equipment control system company Anderson Products of Faygate, West Sussex.

The Texcolour machines offer dye process capacities up to 36kg, and the equipment is described as: "Ideal for launderers who have dyeing as a supplementary operation to their main business." The machines are fitted with Anderson Products' "automatic appliance emailer", which facilitates everyday performance monitoring plus an alert feature. In the event of an operational problem, an email is sent to a designated recipient giving the identification of the machine and its location together with an explanation of what has occurred.

The dyeing machines can be monitored individually or in a network arrangement. Processes can be programmed on a PC and transmitted to machines. A database of dyeing processes can be assembled, and any process will be reproduced exactly.

NC Line is seeking a UK distributor for its Texcolour machines. For more information contact: Dennis Livingstone, Anderson Products, Unit 9, The Courtyard, Holmbush Farm, Faygate.
