DLI drycleaning training attracts international students

The October residential drycleaning courses held by the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) attracted students from Oman, Nigeria, Haiti, Canada and Thailand as well from several American states. In all 31 attended.

The courses provide comprehensive training that covers both practical subjects such as fibres and fabrics, stain removal, cleaning and finishing and business topics including management practices and plant design.

The programme is split into a five-day introductory course and a ten-day advanced class.

The next introductory course will be held 23 - 27 February 2015 and will be followed by an advanced course running from 2 - 13 March 2015.
