DLI drycleaning training has international appeal

The July residential courses held by the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute's School of Drycleaning Technology attracted a total of 31 including students from Israel, Nigeria and Canada as well from several American states.

The courses aim to provide a comprehensive training in drycleaning, covering practical subjects such as fibres and fabrics, stain removal, cleaning and finishing and also business topics including management practices and plant design.

Training is split into a five-day introductory course and a ten-day advanced class.

These will be held again in October.
