Elite Drycleaners have been named Drycleaners of the Year in the Scottish Independent Retail Awards 2019, their second title in a row. Sarah and Kashif Sheikh of the Edinburgh-based business were among 300 guests at the Marriott Hotel Glasgow on 9 April for the annual Scottish retail awards event.
The awards – now in their ninth year – acknowledge the contributions of the country’s independent retailers to the overall economy as well as the wide range of diversity in the sector.
Last September, Elite Dry Cleaners won the award for Best Independent – Drycleaning in the LCN Awards 2018, their second on the night having received the title for Best Customer Service – Drycleaner.
