The Guild of Cleaners and Launderers held a highly successful, information-packed Scottish conference and exhibition, at the Westerwood Hotel in Cumbernauld on Sunday, 4 September 2016.

With the billed theme was “Future Advancement”, there were presentations from seven speakers covering a wide variety of topics. By the end of the day, attendees were left in no doubt at the end that “To survive in business, you must engage modern methods, to consider customers preference for perfume, and that social media sells”.

LCNi editor Kathy Bowry was in attendance, and you can read a full report of the conference papers in the October issue of LCN.
