EXPOdetergo International will take place in Fiera Milano from 19 to 22 October 2018. The two pavilions for this year’s show are already almost sold out, and more than 220 companies have confirmed they will be attending. The numbers reflect the good state of health of the sector, which is full of technological innovation.
The event will feature the finest machines and products that are currently available on the market for all types of laundries: industrial, craft trade and self-service.
A key focus this year is eco-sustainability, a value that is appreciated at every level of the supply chain, but also a target for growth and development. From wash systems that save water and electricity, zero impact detergents and additives designed to protect the environment and time-saving processes that reduce environmental impact through more targeted uses, to locally-sourced services which reduce transport costs, the focus on environmental impacts is now widespread throughout the sector.
The market is therefore projected towards a “green” development, and this will be revealed in all aspects during EXPOdetergo 2018.
In addition, the results of two unpublished studies on the world of dry and industrial wetcleaners, will be presented during the show. Commissioned by Expo Detergo from Cerved, an important Italian market analysis institute, the two studies – developed exclusively for Expo Detergo International – will explore the state of the two most important areas in the sector, stimulate new ideas among all the players in the sector, and to help entrepreneurs, professionals, sales people and operators in the cleaner-related industry to identify new, promising paths for their own businesses.
