Simple solutions are very much in demand and Onnera’s Domus brand has come up with the goods in the form of the Clean&Move mobile laundry which arrives fully equipped, including plumbing and electrics to be craned onto site and is easily connected to utilities (see photograph).
The plug-and-play modules may be configured in different options according to choice and market and are ideal for siting at petrol stations, supermarkets, carparks, outside events and so on.
The machinery can be selected from the new Domus ECOvolution range which has been augmented with a new range of heavy professional laundry items including 8 and 10kg washer extractors and tumble dryers. The washer-extractors boast a new Touch II Processor and 26 preset programs There is also the option of programming, exporting and importing programs without limit and software updates, via the USB port, using a USB drive.
An optimal loading feature allows programming of, say a 7kg wash, thereby saving on water and chemicals consumption while a loading aid feature offers water and rotation control. Traceability records ensure that all washing processes information (temperatures, water levels) is stored in the washer and can be extracted to a PC by means of a USB drive.
A wetcleaning standard is also incorporated in the microprocessor offering fully adjustable water levels and washing speed for delicate linen.
The Domus range of washer-extractors may also be linked to a three-tank filtration unit offering 100% recycling which uses water from the heat pump refrigeration unit. Domus claims water savings of up to 70 per cent against a traditional setup.
Also on Stand G22 K29 Hall 3, visitors can see the Danube range of equipment for use in hospitals, care homes, clean rooms and laboratories including new barrier washers, clean-room tumble dryers, washer-extractors, flatwork ironers with folders.
