An investigation is underway into the cause of a fire at Anglia Laundry Services in Peterborough city centre, which was gutted by fire in the early hours of Wednesday 27 June.
Zahid Hamid, part of the marketing team at Anglia Laundry Services told LCN: “Unfortunately we have fell victim to a catastrophic fire that took place in the early hours of Wednesday 27th June which has completely destroyed our premises.” A further statement will be issued. No-one was hurt in the fire.
Anglia Laundry Services is a family run business and has been operating for approximately 30 years, providing laundry and linen hire to over 200 clientele, made up of a range of local hotels and restaurants.
