The Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) has re-accredited the Crown Health Care Laundry Services operating plant in Pensacola, Florida. The plant is one of several locations in the Soueast operated by Crown, an independent full-service healthcare laundry processor and linen rental company.

HLAC is a non-profit organisation that inspects and accredits laundries that process reusable textiles for hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities.

Other Crown healthcare laundry facilities that are currently HLAC accredited are located in Quitman, Georgia; Columbia, Mississippi; and Selma, Alabama. HLAC accreditation is good for three years.
