Infection control webinar planned

The American Reusable Textile Association (ARTA) and Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) will present a webinar on Thursday 13 April at 11:00am on the subject of ‘How Reusable Textiles Help Meet the Infection Control Challenge’.

Infection control clinician Peg Luebbert will present an informative 35-minute session on how reusable textiles can help clients meet the infection control (IC) challenge. This will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A session. 

Luebbert has worked in the fields of infection prevention and healthcare safety for more than 30 years in a variety of facilities, including large and small acute-care hospitals, longterm care, longterm acute care, and ambulatory surgeries. She is certified in infection prevention and healthcare safety. 

The webinar is free for members and accredited laundries; nonmembers pay $50.
