JLA launched its consumables division, JLA Clean, six years ago and, following a Group ownership takeover by private equity investors Cinven last year is now looking to build on its success through further acquisitions in the industry.
Following recent investment from Cinven, one of Europe’s largest private equity houses, JLA are well positioned to continue to grow both organically and through further strategic acquisitions. Inorganic growth is a fundamental part of JLA’s growth strategy and the business is actively seeking acquisition opportunities across all verticals, including consumables.

Part of JLA’s success has resulted from the relationship it holds with companies it has acquired, one of which is Proton Washrite, a warewashing and consumables business that JLA acquired in 2013.
