Lewis heads up customer service at Richard Haworth

Following consistent and impressive business growth, Richard Haworth has appointed a new head of customer service to support its senior management team. Charlie Lewis joins the leading Greater Manchester-based linen manufacturer after 12 years at the Regatta Group, where she was in a similar role. 

Lewis said: “I will be engaging fully with all areas of the business to always enhance the experience for Richard Haworth customers. I am looking forward to supporting the current customer service team by offering insights and innovations as we continue with this excellent period of growth.

“In my previous role I led change in the delivery of customer experience as Regatta became the most recognised outdoor wear provider in the UK and European markets. Richard Haworth is obviously a different sector but a similar business in that they also design, source, manufacture and bring to market leading items.”

Lewis added: “I am excited to be part of this new journey for Richard Haworth as the business continues to grow.”
