Mountville Mills has introduced a range of logo mats printed on 50% post-consumer recycled PET carpet. Unlike traditional logo mats, the new mats are produced with a hard-wearing PET fibre that contains 50% post-consumer recycled content derived from plastic bottles.
The ColorStar logo mats are available in photo realistic designs and feature 60 standard colors. The company describes the line as the most stain resistant material available in the textile services industry and offers excellent washfastness. It said that the heavy-duty Nitrile EXS rubber backing makes for excellent lay flat properties and abrasion resistance and contains 6% recycled rubber content.
“With the introduction of Colorstar, we can offer our customers the best stain resistant material that will withstand more industrial washing cycles without colour loss or cross staining,” said Kirk Boster, MD of Mountville Mills.
