USA
Join industry peers at 1 pm ET today, Wednesday, 12 May, on a narrated virtual tour of Crown Linen LLC's Atlanta facility, organised by the TRSA and costing $45 for members $90 for non-members. The laundry is equipped and laid out for production at twice its current capacity.

Crown Linen’s Atlanta hospitality plant combines fundamental workflow concepts with contemporary technologies to maximise productivity and employee friendliness. You'll see an operation recovering from Covid-19 impacts, implementing continuous improvement practices and fine-tuning techniques to maximize profitability now and produce higher volumes later.

The TRSA explains that the views provided by the camera are superior to those of the naked eye. The recording is divided into segments corresponding with stops at the various production departments you would make if you were walking through the facility. So, viewers get the same opportunity to ask questions of the tour hosts before moving to the next stop, plus the benefit of seeing each section with a 360-degree view without moving a muscle. Experts in equipping and operating the plant's systems will be on hand for post-tour discussion of your observations.
