At the SoCom stand (G21 – H3) "It was clearly noticeable that the topic of digitalisation and paperless production 4.0 has experienced an even stronger upswing in the last two years. The very great interest in our IT solutions was unrestrained on all four days of the trade fair," said Michael Wieser, sales director of SoCom. "Innovative app and web solutions and software modules for an efficient and resource-oriented workflow are more in demand than ever.”

Modern textile service companies not only have to think about energy savings for the future, processes also have to be rethought and made more efficient. SoCom demonstrated directly at the stand that digital solutions in particular can offer considerable advantages and savings.

Digital order management, paperless order picking, an efficient and thoroughly future-proof logistics concept and much more are challenges for which the software service provider was able to present suitable solutions. Transparency and well-coordinated processes are more important than ever in a time with high dynamics of change and changing external influences and are the focus of the development of all products for promising concepts of a digital and paperless production. Thus, the IT service provider can now digitally map all business transactions in a laundry and thus create even more transparency through the use of digital solutions.

With the clear focus on digitalisation of the textile service industry in the direction of paperless production, EXPODetergo was once again a very efficient dialogue platform for us. The great demand for a future-proof IT solution and a competent partner showed us how important the topic is for customers and interested parties as well. With new ideas and approaches, which developed from interesting discussions, we will continue to drive the development of our products for the benefit of our customers and ultimately the entire industry," explained Wolfgang Faist, CEO.

Numerous laundries throughout Europe already work with the multilingual industry software TIKOS.
