Some of the drycleaning industry’s top speakers have been enlisted to take part in the Southwest Drycleaners Association’s (SDA) upcoming Cleaners Showcase at the Irving Convention Center, 28-30 April in Irving, Texaas (Dallas area). “We designed the 2023 Showcase to give all cleaners the ideas and tools to diversify and increase revenue, manage their businesses more efficiently, attract employees, and market effectively,” noted SDA president Kyle Nesbit. “Post pandemic, we want to ensure our members are equipped with what they need to improve day-to-day operations and provide their customers with the best service possible.”
The Cleaners Showcase education sessions are open to all registered attendees and are included in the show’s registration fee, which is free to members of the SDA/DLI and CLA. Registration is only $50 for pre-registered non-members ($100 on-site).
Topping the list of national experts will be workplace strategist Jeff Butler as the Keynote Speaker. Butler is a TEDx speaker on workplace dynamics issues and his experience spans over 40 industries, with companies such as Google, Amazon, John Deere, and Coldwell Banker. In addition to having founded three profitable companies by the age of 27, he has published two books, including ‘The Authentic Workplace; How Authenticity is Creating the Workplace of Tomorrow’.
Special guest Andrew Gibson, President/CEO of Tide Services, will expound on consumer trends. With seventeen years at Procter and Gamble, Gibson has received awards for Best Brand Design (Gillette) and at the Cannes Advertising Awards for his work on Old Spice, which he led the brand launch from 15 to 150 countries.
