Taking part in the Lord Mayor’s Show

The Worshipful Company of Launderers took part in the procession for the Lord Mayor’s Show in London on Saturday 11 November.

For over 800 years, the newly elected Lord Mayor of London has made his or her way from the City to Westminster to swear loyalty to the Crown. Over the centuries this journey has grown into the pageant known to all as the Lord Mayor’s Show.
