Tingue, the global laundry product supplier, has appointed Douglas Green (pictured) as vice president of human resources.
Bringing a proven track record for leadership in building human resources departments that are committed to employee growth, support and success, Green is responsible for human resources management at the company including its laundry product supply company, Tingue, operating in North America and Hong Kong; at laundry cart manufacturer MODRoto; and its consulting firm, TBR Associates.
At Tingue, Green will spearhead the integration of various human resources departments at the company's six facilities in North America into a coordinated team advancing a unified strategy with a consistent approach from one facility to the next, according to David Tingue, CEO of the family-owned company founded in 1902.
A former employment attorney for the United States House of Representatives, Green recently served as vice president of human resources at Guaranteed Rate, a $500 million lending firm with 2,300 employees in 38 states, and at The Merchandise Mart, with 600 employees in eight cities across the United States and Canada.
