The Tonrose Group, the supplier of linen to the UK’s hospitality and leisure trade industry, has made two key senior appointments as part of its growth plan.

Paul White joins as the group’s first-ever procurement and technical director. White brings both UK and international public sector and hospitality market experience to the role, having worked for fabric import merchants and in a managing director role for a contract textile business. White’s most recent role was at the Laundry Technology Centre where he was responsible for overseeing laundry audits, technical analysis and quality control for textile companies and laundry customers.

Joining White on the company’s board is Catherine Morris, who has been appointed group marketing and PR director. She brings extensive marketing background on both trade and consumer levels, most recently at Nestlé, where she managed the trade marketing for the company’s flagship global brands.

The Tonrose Group has experienced continued year-on-year growth and will be looking to both White and Morris to build the group’s umbrella and sub-brands. Morris will work closely with the group’s sales division to align marketing outreach, while White’s technical experience will be integral to developing an industry-leading pipeline of new product and supplier partnerships.
