Tour de Yorkshire challenge for Christeyns team

Staff from leading chemicals manufacturer Christeyns successfully cycled the Tour de Yorkshire route on Sunday 6 May in aid of charity. Following in the tracks of the cycle pros, all team members reached the finish line, despite temperatures reaching as high as 33C.

The team of seven, who rode a total of 320 miles and climbed over 24,000 feet of hills, raised over £600 for charities One In A Million (OIAM) and Diabetes UK. Marketing manager Jon Walker said:  “It was hot, hard and hilly but worth the challenge.”
