Working within the framework of the Coronavirus international protocols, guidelines and frameworks for the professional textile care (PTC) industry, CINET is organising two new free webinars addressing one of the most stringent topics for PTC companies ,that of protection of laundry personnel, especially those who may come into contact with soiled and (possibly) contaminated laundry.
The first Webinar, 13 May, is focused on drycleaning and wetcleaning companies, while the second one 15 May is targeted at industrial laundries.
Regarding personal protective equipment for staff protection in the current situation, available protocols were analysed prescribing: workwear, gloves, washing hands, face mask FFP3. What should additional measures be?
A new set of measures was has been developed based on consultation with appropriate authorities and microbiologists and this will be presented in the Webinars.
