Whirlpool Corporation Commercial Laundry recently restructured its sales team to deliver unrivalled knowledge and expertise.
“Enhancing our team’s talent is one of the many steps we are taking to deliver on our long-term vision, which includes continuous improvement projects that drive our renewed commitment to operational excellence and standout customer experience,” said commercial laundry team’s leader and general manager, Trey Northrup.
Steve Hietpas is the team’s new international sales manager. A nearly 20-year commercial laundry industry veteran, Hietpas has spent nearly two thirds of his career in the field working closely with key distributor contacts.
Randy Karn is global service manager and will coordinate internal and external initiatives and programs to support the company’s long-range plan. ?With an extensive technical background and over 15 years of marketing and sales experience, Nick Koukourakis will handle multi-load product management.
Rebecca Ross completes the team as commercial laundry brand manager. Since joining the corporation in 2002, she has held various roles with increasing responsibility in brand marketing, co-marketing and channel marketing.
