On 8 July Whirlpool Corporation announced that it has now completed its purchase of American Dryer Corporation (ADC), the privately owned manufacturer of equipment for coin-op, on-premise and industrial laundry sectors.
The acquisition will help Whirlpool Corporation's commercial laundry business to enter additional country markets and market sectors.
Whirlpool says that it will continue to integrate ADC into its business throughout 2015.
