Xeros has appointed Craig Butterill as its first customer applications manager. He will be responsible for managing the company's customer applications team and ensuring that the Xeros polymer-bead based wash process is implemented correctly.
Butterill will also support the Xeros sales process, help with installing and testing machines, provide technical support to customers and be their first point-of-contact within the company
Xeros, which is based in South Yorkshire, developed a laundering system that largely replaces the use of water with reusable and recyclable polymer beads. Several leading commercial laundries and hotel groups in the UK and USA now use Xeros systems.
