Xeros gains two awards for green innovation

Xeros, the developer of polymer bead-based textile cleaning, has been named the winner in two out of five categories in the Rushlight 2013 awards for green innovation.

The company won the awards both for Sustainable Manufacturing and Services and for Environmental Management, which represents the best technology, product or service chosen from the winners of five Rushlight awards categories.

The awards were presented at a ceremony attended by the Rt Hon Greg Barker MP Minister of State for Energy & Climate Change and representative from across the cleantech investment and green innovation market.
Dafydd Davies, CEO, Bic Innovation presented chief science officer Steve Jenkins and CEO Bill Westwater with their award.

The Rushlight awards promote and celebrate the leading energy, resource and environmental technologies and innovations by organisations in the UK and Ireland.
