Laundry chemical manufacturer Christeyns takes employee welfare very seriously.  Along with free fruit and complimentary stress-relieving massage, Christeyns now offers all its employees the opportunity to join a one hour yoga session at its Bradford head office.

The monthly yoga classes are run by locally based Palvinder Kaur, who teaches Dru Yoga, a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing and subtly powerful movements that also focuses on breathing and visualisation. Designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru Yoga offers a complete approach to health, wellbeing and attaining a sense of inner peace.

Christeyns HR Manager Sarah Dufton said: “We have a variety of employees attending the sessions from manufacturing based roles through to technical and office based and they are proving to be a great success."
