On 26 January 2009, the Board confirmed that John Talbot had become a direct employee of JSG with immediate effect. This follows his appointment as executive chairman in August 2008. He had previously worked under the terms of an engagement letter with Talbot Hughes McKillop LLP, which expired on 24 January 2009.
