The Guild of Cleaners and Launderers was proud to welcome representatives of the China Laundry Association for a visit to Bates Laundry on their recent visit to London.

Gifts were exchanged after the Master of the College of Fellows Brian Pearce and chairman Ken Cupitt presented the president of the China Laundry Association Pan Wei with an Honorary Fellowship.

The Guild expressed its thanks and appreciation to Matthew Pantlin and John Kitchener at Bates Laundry for making their premises available and for giving up their time to take the guests on a conducted tour of the modern laundry facility.
