After going through all the pros and cons, CLMTexfinity has decided not to participate in this year's edition of Texcare. There is still a high reluctancy towards international travelling, and also the current situation with the Covid-19 virus and the new variations both in Germany and abroad is still very uncertain and delicate.
“Therefore, we have decided to explore new ways to reach out to our existing and potential customers," confirmed Erwin Vanspauwen, CEO of Texfinity. "We feel there is a big interest in our product offering thanks to a combination of high quality products at interesting prices with the best possible technical support. Our marketing efforts will therefore focus on direct contact of the customer with our dedicated commercial team and initiating local projects in cooperation with some reference customers.
"The best recommendations are given by our existing customers, and are highly valued by potential clients,” Vanspauwen continued, “but also observing the machines performing in a real laundry is important. So, we will invite interested customers to local events organised at the reference customer’s laundry and show the equipment in a real situation.”
