A big thank-you to everyone who attended the LCN Awards 2018 – once again, it proved to be a night to remember and it more than exceeded all expectations. Our thanks, too, to our judges, our sponsors and everybody who helped make it happen. The LCN Awards 2018 dinner and ceremony, presented by TV celebrity Kate Thornton were sponsored by HJ Weir, Ideal Manufacturing, Tonrose, Bryant Plastics and supported by CINET and The Guild of Cleaners and Launderers, and took place at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole on Thursday, 27 September.

Winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award went to Ken Cupitt, FGCL, Chairman of Council & Examination Board, Guild of Cleaners and Launderers who received a standing ovation from an appreciative audience.

Richmond Laundries received the Best Independent – Laundry title and Elite Dry Cleaners won the award for Best Independent – Drycleaning, their second on the night having received the title for Best Customer Service – Drycleaner.
