Miele Professional has appointed Simon Venni as its new head of professional sales UK. Venni (pictured) brings a wealth of experience to his role, having spent almost 20 years with Imperial Brands (formerly Imperial Tobacco Group). Responsible for delivering significant sales targets, during his career there he worked in a variety of sales roles globally, and most recently in the UK as regional business manager, and next generation product sales manager.
Looking to build on Miele’s success in sales of commercial laundry equipment, dishwashers and other appliances into key sectors such as care, hospitality and veterinary practices, Venni is keen to help Miele achieve dominance as the number one brand choice for commercial environments.
Venni said: “I’m delighted to join Miele. It’s a premium brand and I’ve seen first-hand how our products are manufactured to ensure quality is maintained throughout every stage of the process.
“My immediate focus will be on driving and further developing the team so we are well placed to keep pushing the business forward.”
