9 November 2022

POLAND
November 14-16 are the dates for the 2nd Forum of the Polish Laundry Foundation, in Krynica, Poland. In 2021, 350 participants and 140 laundry companies from all over Poland took part. This year the Foundation estimates there will be around 300 participants.

The event will feature companies with knowledge on how to save money on utilities, proposing solutions that are so far unknown in the laundry industry, or for various reasons their implementation was previously unprofitable.

In the past year, the Polish Laundry Foundation organised six meetings attended by over 2,000 people who attended workshops, conferences and training sessions. On our FB "Support for the laundry industry" we have over 1,200 laundry-related people signed up and thanks to voluntary contributions from participants, the Foundation has obtained over PLN 600,000 in revenue, which is being spent on education and activities aimed at maintaining relations with the Government.

Two educational conference rooms will host a variety of panels, which will last from 30 to 90 minutes. Each meeting is to be educational in the form of a workshop where, in addition to presenting the products, the benefits of their implementation will be demonstrated. In addition to the educational rooms, there will also be exhibition space.

“If you are a provider of solutions that will reduce laundry energy use, reduce production costs or increase efficiency , the Forum is for you,” said the Polish Laundry Foundation. “An important aspect will be the presentation of the financial results of the introduced improvements.”

“The Polish Laundry Foundation is an organisation founded by laundry owners. The organisation obtained over €80 million in support for the laundry industry within two years. It is the largest and the youngest organisation in Poland. We are also willing to cooperate with other organisations in Europe in order to jointly organise training. We will also raise funds for this purpose,” said the Polish Laundry Foundation.
