At the Clean Show, Pony, on Stand 3718, new products for professional finishing are accompanied by live demonstrations of the equipment. Pony is exhibiting new, more technological, and innovative products that represent both the present and future for Pony alongside traditional machines such as presses for both laundry and drycleaning, vacuum-blowing-steaming ironing tables, stain removers, form finishers, and toppers.
The new ANGEL 3.0 shirt finisher, pictured, representing the latest evolution of a highly successful and reliable machine now with a contoured Teflo-coated press plate which, with its special shape and improved vacuum function, allows more precise and faster dressing and will dry items without marks and prevent the sides of the shirt from wrinkling.
A powerful 3 HP fan enables faster drying of sleeves, thanks partly to Pony's patented HARS system, a device for the re-cycling of hot air from the upper part of the dummy, thus decreasing energy consumption and increasing output.
The new DLP (Double Legger Press) has been developed for simultaneously pressing four folds of pants. Upper and lower bucks are both steaming and steam-heated, with the lower one also vacuum and air-blowing on request. This last function allows impeccable finishing of the hip line in a very short time, without leaving shine on dark or marking the pockets.
Another innovation is the SMARTcollar and cuff press, a small-sized vertical press with a Teflon-coated steam-heated upper head to prevent shine on dark fabrics, and steam-heated lower buck with vacuum and Nomex®cover. This is a practical solution for premises that are short on space. It is. available in either steam version, with both bucks steam-heated or an electric version, with both bucks electrically heated. The movement of the upper head is controlled by a double safety button and it can also be equipped with a hand-saving safety frame.
At the same time, Pony has expanded the range of automatic machines equipped with PLC control with a touch-screen interface that allows the machine to be managed remotely: productivity control, diagnostics, test mode, program settings and modification, and many other state-of-the-art functions.
