Reducing water costs

Since April 2017 the water market in England has been open for competition and as a result businesses do not have to buy water services any longer from a local Water Supply Company.

The Guild of Cleaners and Launderers have arranged with Phil Murdey, the sales director of Aquaflow, with offices in Altrincham and Cardiff, that Guild members interested in reducing their water purchase and waste water disposal costs can contact him to have a proposal on how much they can save by switching suppliers.

Murdey is a water specialist and he is qualified to advise how much can be saved on purchase of water and effluent disposal charges and how simple it is to switch companies. “Aquaflow are committed to offering exceptional levels of customer service, a competitive pricing strategy and a technology and efficiency driven approach to managing your water costs,” he said.

For those in Wales water purchase and disposal charges have still not been de-regulated and in Scotland Aquaflow are still negotiating with the existing suppliers but have no current arrangement.
