Kudos Linen Hire is a new name servicing the North East and Newcastle providing linen hire and laundry services to a whole range of industries and institutions including healthcare, hospitality, holiday parks, care home, events management and local and central government sites. The company has built a brand-new factory just outside Newcastle to “ensure the highest quality of service and reliability”.

To achieve and maintain this highest quality of service and reliability a reliable, quality water heating solution was needed but the company was experiencing problems with its hot water delivery system. Enter Rinnai which advised on a continuous flow solution with back-up cylinders. Three units of the Rinnai N Series – 1600i models – were installed quickly and expertly by contractor HLA Services which specialises in the design, supply, installation and planned maintenance of all mechanical and electrical needs.

North East-based HLA Services has many years’ experience in these disciplines and employs only fully qualified staff capable of providing a full ‘turn-key’ service. The company says it is committed to designing and installing the most efficient and cost-effective quality products at competitive prices, with an after sales service to match.

Rinnai advised that the busy site be upgraded for its increased workload to 3 x N Series 1600i units plus 2 x 500litres cylinders which would produce almost 3500 litres per hour of hot water at 60C. (All Rinnai units are temperature accurate plus/minus 1C).

The Rinnai Sensei N Series is a hydrogen blends-ready continuous flow hot water heater range offering a compact, enhanced design that allows for much easier installation, superior operational performance as well as ease of serviceability. It is the first ever continuous flow hot water heating unit manufactured with stainless steel heat exchangers to be available in the UK which gives a greatly extended working life at optimum performance to each of the four models in the range. Added to this are the market leading extended warranties, that accompany these hydrogen blends ready appliances, said Rinnai.

The range is also low-NOx, and the Rinnai futureproofed continuous flow water heaters have several global patents on main components. The range utilises Rinnai’s patented advanced technology with a 13-1 turn down ratio – the largest on the market – with extremely quiet operation.
