Sciessent executive briefing on new anti-odour textile technology

8 February 2022

USA
Sciessent, a global leader in antimicrobial, anti-odour, anti-pilling and water repellent technologies, has announced an official executive briefing on its trademarked NOBO anti-odour technology, the newest addition to the company’s product portfolio, on Tuesday, 15 February at 16:30 AM CET.

Agion antimicrobial solutions from Sciessent have been incorporated into a wide range of healthcare, industrial, and consumer applications, including medical devices, drinking water applications, and textiles/apparel.

The executive briefing will be in the form of a webinar exclusive to registrants. Attendees will learn how NOBO is:

· Non-biocidal and metal-free

· Cost-effective: Less than or equal to the cost of antimicrobial (per linear yard)

· Environmentally friendly: Launder less, save water, save energy

· Maintains fabric characteristics: No impact on hand, drape or other attributes

· Durable: Variable application levels can eliminate odour for the life of the garment

Leading the executive briefing will be Dr Jeffrey Trogolo, chief technology officer at Sciessent, and Steve Cunningham, director of business development and marketing.

Dr Trogolo leads Sciessent’s product development programmes to broaden the product lines its brings to market. He is responsible for product implementation, engineering, research, and new technology development. Dr Trogolo also manages customer product engineering across a wide range of industry, process and materials applications.

Steve Cunningham oversees global branding and marketing efforts across multiple segments within FDA and EPA regulated markets. With a customer-first disposition, Cunningham has over a decade of experience working with global customers to create positive, repeatable experiences.
