Driving textile services innovation and enriching industry executives’ individual growth will be among the keynote addresses at the Textile Rental Services Association’s 2016 annual management and education conference.
The event takes place on 19-21 September 2016 at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass resort and spa in Chandler, Arizona.
A line-up of nationally recognised keynote speakers will examine various approaches to business methods. Captain Mark Kelly, commander of the final mission of the space shuttle Endeavour is now space and aviation contributor to NBC News/MSNBC. He will inspire attendees with his history of reaching for perfection while learning to adjust in the face of adversity. Kelly’s wife is former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, recovering from a 2011 assassination attempt.
Scott Stratten, author of UnMarketing, is described as one of the "Top 5 Social Media Influencers in the World" (Forbes) and one of "America’s 10 Marketing Gurus" (Business Review USA). In his presentation, Stratten will emphasise the use of technology in building relationships with customers and reaching prospects.
