Ideal Manufacturing, the independent family run, laundry detergent manufacturing specialist based in Finedon, Northamptonshire was crowned Regional Winners of the ‘Best Business To Work For’ in the Midlands, having been crowned national winners of ‘Best Small Family Business’ at the 2016 awards.
Hosted by Family Business Place, and now in their eighth year, the awards seek to recognise and honour some of the most exciting, innovative and longstanding family businesses around the UK.
Over 350 family business leaders and entrepreneurs were at London’s Wembley Stadium for the awards on Saturday 15 July 2017.
Ideal’s managing director, Phillip Kalli said: “This is such a nice award to receive. My father and I are often really moved by the commitment and motivation demonstrated by members of our team, who are encouraged to ‘work hard and be nice to people’.”
