Saracen Computer Systems Ltd has been acquired by Integrity Holdings Ltd, a rapidly growing group of IT based companies operating across a wide range of industries.
Synergy and focus are said to be the building blocks for Integrity, whose group companies provide mission critical software and related services for their customers as well as financial and brokering services.
Saracen will retain its identity and no changes in personnel are expected other than the planned retirement of Jim and Jenny Swingler over the next few months. Saracen’s policy of continuous development will be maintained to ensure that customers are provided with the best in laundry management software and services.
