The business, which cleans and packages blankets, linen, cutlery and headsets, was acquired when Johnson bought Semara Holdings in February 2000. A spokesman for the group said that the operation does does not fit the Group’s core strategy.
Johnson sells airline services
The Johnson Service Group has sold its airline services business to Aviation and Airport Services for £3.5million (US$5.25) with a cash adjustment at completion.
