Laundrylux has announced the acquisition of Direct Machinery Corporation, a leading distributor of commercial, industrial, and coin laundry machinery based in Hicksville, New York, led by CEO Ron Hirsch. Laundrylux is an independent integrated distributor of professional laundry equipment, operating throughout North America.
“Direct Machinery has represented Milnor and Chicago Dryer commercial laundry machinery with distinction for many years,” said John Sabino, Laundrylux CEO. “With capital and technology resources from Laundrylux, Direct Machinery will accelerate its business development, adding sales and management talent under Ron’s leadership.”
