Clean Step Mats was established in 1986. It supplies, cleans and recycles mats. The company employed 40 people and had a turnover of £2million. It won the Wiltshire Environmental Award for Sustainability and Water Recycling in 2002 and went on to win the Wiltshire Business of the Year Award the following year.
The Swindon location, next to the M4 will help PHS strengthen its national distribution network.
PHS has still to finalise plans for this latest addition to its group.
