UK franchisees of the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) were told that growth had exceeded their previous year by over 40%.Speaking at a meeting of UK franchisees last month, Shaf Govind, CRDN’s UK managing director said that all franchises beat their turnover for 2014 and that 2016 has got off to a great start as well.
Awards were also handed out to several CRDN franchises, including CRDN Cathkin, CRDN Connoisseur, CRDN Royal and CRDN Wales & West all received membership of CRDN Century Club at the silver level. CRDN Limited, operating in London and the South East entered the Century Club at the gold level.
"Receiving these awards from our CEO Wayne Wudyka was a great honour for us in the UK," said Govind. "It shows that the development of the UK market is outperforming the USA, where the business was established."
The focus now is to grow the network, from the current seven franchises so that we can strategically fill in some of the gaps in the country, he added. "Whilst we do currently cover all of the mainland of the UK, we want to fill in specific gaps in some areas such as Devon and Cornwall, the South Coast, Manchester, Bradford or Leeds and East Anglia."
