Boyd will be responsible for helping laundry and drycleaning operators to improve both their technical and managerial skills. He will also take particular responsibility for providing technical and training support to businesses in Scotland.
Boyd trained at Derby College and has worked in the laundry industry for 30 years. His career covers the public and private sectors and also chemicals’ supply. For the last seven years he has also been a further education lecturer in management and business studies.
