Integrity Software, the Dublin-based international software company has acquired Logo Data of Denmark, a leading European laundry software company.
Logo Data will merge with Intregrity's UK-based Saracen Computer Systems, with the new company trading in the UK and Ireland as Integrity Software.
Integrity is now the largest specialist software house serving the laundry industry and Logo Data is a global market-leader in the industrial laundry sector with installations throughout Europe.
