AB launches enzymes for low temperature finishing

14 April 2010

Biotouch XC300 has been developed for bio-finishing at low temperatures and neutral pH values, saving the costs of heating water and adjusting its pH. Its benefits include strong depilling capabilities and good colour retention.

Ecostone Czyme 50 has been designed for use with denims and can be used at low temperatures to give the material a fashionable grey cast and high contrast, with only limited colour change and loss of strength.

AB Enzymes is based in Germany but has locations worldwide. It is part of the UK-based ABF Ingredients, a division of Associated British Foods.
